When I was working as a critical care chaplain in a hospital we had access to a service that allowed us to read current journal articles that proved to be helpful in my learning.  In my current hospice there is nothing akin to that available.  When I use Google Scholar lots of articles are behind paywalls.  Our QUAPI person is wiling to pitch the idea of getting some sort of access to our owner.  I wondered if you had ideas of where to begin looking for that sort of access to an online library of journals?

I have been an active member of ADEC, the Association for Death Education and Counseling (where I also obtained my certification) for the last 30 years as a hospice grief counselor. As a member, I have access to Omega - Journal of Death and Dying as well as Death Studies. Our hospice has an institutional membership for us.

I would get involved with ADEC.  Association for Death Education and Counseling.  I haven't been involved in awhile, but they had access to such things.
