While I have not ever worked for a hospice that utilized this model, those that I have crossed paths with in the past noted they did so looking at other local community agencies that had sliding scales.

Hi all,
For those who provide individual grief counseling to community clients (non-hospice), how do you determine the fees for a sliding scale?
Thank you,
