Hi Samantha,
if Wisconsin has a State Hospice and Palliative Care Irganization, you can call and ask for the compliance person. S/he should be able to help. In an NHPCO listing is state organizations, The Hope of Wisconsin is listed. The other other Avenue is to review Wisconsib's DHHS standards for hospice. You should be able to fond what you want there. You can access that online.
Goid luck! You are right to look for state guidelines as your hospice will be held to those.
Two other thiughtscheck with your hospice Director, or call a large hospice in Wisconsin to ask the Bereavement coordinator for help.

Subject: State Regulations
Hi Everyone,
I am new to Hospice and Bereavement and I am trying to locate the State Regulations for Bereavement services. I am from Wisconsin and in listening to yesterday's "New to Bereavement Chat" it was mentioned Wisconsin is one of the states which has specific guidelines including information specific to offering home visits. Can anyone steer me in the right direction to finding the state regulations? I have been searching a few places and have been unsuccessful. Thanks!
Samantha
