Many bereavement departments utilize bereavement volunteers in several different capacities- everything from administrative tasks to clinical care. In our April monthly chat we shared best practices with other bereavement professionals as well as discussed bereavement volunteer and intern recruitment, on-boarding, training, utilization, supervision and other topics!
