The collaboration between the RN and the Hospice Aide in providing care of the Veteran at end of life is crucial. In this C.N.A and Nurse combined Community chat we discussed and got an understanding of the Veterans physical and psychosocial needs that must be clearly communicated to assure that Veteran specific needs are met surrounding death and dying.
