FEBS to EGSS Transition: How to Evaluate Your Bereavement Program 

Since 2007, NHPCO members have utilized our Family Evaluation of Bereavement Services (FEBS) to evaluate their bereavement programs.  With feedback from FEBS users and guidance from an advisory group of bereavement professionals, NHPCO revised the survey to be modular and changed the name of the survey to Evaluation of Grief Support Services (EGSS). 

Whether a seasoned FEBS user or brand new to evaluating your bereavement services, this webinar recording will show you the ins and outs of how to implement EGSS in your hospice.

• Mail the survey and how to enter received surveys in our online EGSS Portal
