Bereavement Professional

Creative, innovative, cutting-edge approaches (Chat Slides and Recording)

11-07-2016 02:27 PM

In November's Bereavement Professional chat we invited counselors to share examples of uses of creative, innovative, or cutting-edge approaches in their grief counseling with clients. Are you working successfully with a newer treatment modality? Not sure – listen to the recording to see what you may be missing out on! Traditional counseling approaches were discussed and ideas were shared in creative and innovative ways.

The chat was facilitated by Daniel Speis, MSW, LICSW, Coordinator of Grief Support & Spiritual Care Services for Hospice of the Panhandle in Kerneysville, WV and co-facilitated by Diane Snyder Cowan, MA, MT-BC, CHPCA, Director of Bereavement Center for Hospice of the Western Reserve, Inc in Cleveland, OH.
