Bereavement Professionals are invited to join our community chat to explore several current theories in grief and bereavement practice, and evaluate them against their basis in research and evidence. In addition, we will share common models used in current bereavement practice settings of hospice and palliative care. Finally, we will also review some ways to gather information to inform our approach, programming and services.
