The arrival of COVID-19 has impacted the standard delivery of grief support in the hospice setting both before and after a death. In this informative discussion we explored the challenges and opportunities of bereavement care amid a pandemic. Participants learned creative tools and strategies that can be applied to caregivers, grieving family members, and even hospice staff.  We heard from multiple bereavement care leaders across the country who are implementing unique approaches to care during this extraordinary time.
