  • 1.  Storage of records after 13 months

Good morning I am looking for suggestions on the electronic storage of bereavement documents.
    1. What documents are necessary to store within the Bereavement context?
    2. Where do you store them? We have an intranet, so I could build storage on it, but I wanted to see if there were other Ideas out there.

    Thanks

We have stored some PHI on our shared drive.  Your IDT department can set it up so that only those in your department have permissions to access that particular section of the shared drive.
