  • 1.  MatrixCare EMR: Charting Bereavement Activity

    Does anyone use MatrixCare (careanywhere) to chart bereavement visits and calls?  If so, do you use orders or just schedule visits in advance (non-skilled care)?

    Jim,

    I saw your note and sent you an email.  We don't use orders for bereavement.  After they are placed in discharge pending status we clear the order compliance date and can put floating visits in for bereavement.

    I do. I just chart under "no skilled care".
