In case you missed it, NHPCO has scheduled a walk-through session about the Evaluation of Grief Support Survey for next Wednesday June 1 at 2pm EST.
The Evaluation of Grief Support Services (EGSS) survey is designed to evaluate grief support services from the perspective of the recipients of the services. The survey takes a comprehensive approach by including questions on a wide range of services, many of them optional so that hospices may tailor the EGSS survey to reflect the specific services they offer. Hospice providers have the ability to log into the Qualtrics dashboard to view survey results, analysis, and comparisons with national survey data. In addition to the paper survey, EGSS online version is coming soon! Join us for a Refresh and Renew session and walkthrough of the EGSS survey with the Qualtrics technical team on June 1.
Of note, this session occurs at the SAME time as our monthly bereavement community chat. Thankfully the EGSS session will be recorded and shared with members via NHPCO Newsbrief. Additionally, we can also set up a separate session with the interested bereavement participants at a later date. Let us know if you would be interested.
