Hi Debra. good question. I realize that determining mailings is based on internal resources, We have a Communications Department with a Creative Director so we design our own mailings in-house. So that is always an option and it can be as simple or as elaborate as you would like it to be. Prior to pandemic, we sent seasonal newsletters which contained our group info. During the pandemic we just sent a virtual flyer. Both attracted participants, however we are looking forward to returning back to our newsletters and will be writing new articles. I know there are a wealth of resources out there for bereavement mailings. I have not used any so could not give any major ideas. One of our teams used Hospice Foundation's mailings, and they were good quality, but hopefully some others will chime in with ideas as well. All the best with your pursuit.

Subject: Mailers
I am new to this hospice although not new to bereavement. Currently we purchase our mailers, put them in an envelope and send them out - the mailer itself does not have our brand on it nor does it have a space to list groups or a name to call for contact info.
What are you sending out? Any good resources you care to share?
Thanks
