Has anyone had success in transitioning from snail mail to email....

We are a large hospice, and send a few newsletters and invites per year. Is there a particular program you use if you have had success.  Thank you.

I am so interested in seeing what everyone has to say about this. Sending so many letters by snail mail is a huge expense of time and money.

A most innovative bereavement intervention is an email-based program by bereavement counselor and art therapist Julie Blackburn at Chartreuse Center
