    Hello,
My hospice sends out mailers for our Bereavement program. We are losing money on the mailers. We have the first envelope that houses all the information, and then we put a return envelope with a stamp and address on it, so it comes back to our company. We are losing money because we don't always get the return envelopes.

What are other hospices doing for their program? How are you saving money in your departments if another hospice does close to the same thing?

Thank you all for your help!

Maybe I missed something -- why is a return envelope included?

    Hi Veronica,
We are sending a return envelope because we need them to send a survey back to us.

Thank you for the clarification! our bereavement mailings are separate from the satisfaction survey.
We have a volunteer/bereavement coordinator contacting our bereaved to determine interest
in continued support and provide bereavement services contact information and confirm their address for mailings.

    Hope that helps,
