Barbara, we us the HIPPA compliant version of Zoom. We use DocuSign as a way to have a participation agreement signed. We've actually found very good success with doing it this way even though we do have to spend a small additional amount of time on instructing how to send the form back. I'll send you a copy of our online support group participation agreement. As long as there is wording about how they understand the support group is not therapeutic, that it is not a replacement for therapy, and that while the group should not share information with others there is no guarantee for privacy.

We are currently using Zoom as well as MS Teams but the connection has been poor, especially audio. We are looking into a license for Zoom for Healthcare for the HIPAA compliance piece. Would like to hear more about what others are doing for telehealth platforms.

I am looking to possibly start a virtual support group. I know a lot of programs have been using and promoting Zoom as a platform. Our Organization has banned this platform as the Hospital did not feel it was safe and secure with so much patient information at risk for exposure. What other platforms are you all using aside from Zoom?
