Our Medical Director is in his 70's and has now stated that he is losing a number of his friends. He is also a very friendly person, though a man of few words. Does anyone have any suggestions for how to support him? As the Bereavement Coordinator I have had a working relationship with him for over 35 years in 3 different jobs so I have a sense that if he is saying something about it we are really starting to hit home.
Any and all suggestions appreciated.
Thank you,
Julie Beck
