We are looking at how we document suicide/homicide ideation interventions in our hospice family members and/or caregivers.
It may be an ideation needing further interventions from outside of hospice, or actually a grief response that would be managed by the hospice team.
In either case, where and how do you document these suicide/homicide interventions with these individuals?
