I'm wondering what everyone does, if they do something, for some kind of "bereavement space" for office staff. I've seen quilts with trees and every time a patient dies a leaf is put up and that sort of thing but I wonder if others could share any ideas they have.

I've got this space and would like to fill out empty wall with something that is meaningful for staff.

We display in our "break room" a bulletin board with the patient obituaries and the cards of thanks from our families.  Nurses and other staff when they do stop in for a moment can read and learn a little more about the patients that they served.  Staff all report that they appreciate having that board.

    Thanks,
