We started Consolo April 1st. Prior to going live, we up-loaded our own bereavement letters and also our own bereavement risk levels for low, moderate and high. I agree the formatting is a challenge, doesn't look professional. However, we are talking to Consolo and they seem willing to fix some of these concerns. It is a work in progress for us.

Hi there! I'm curious if anyone else out there is using Consolo as their EMR? We use it and I am trying to figure out how to do the administrative work of beravement more efficiently. They have templates for the letters (that are pretty awful in my opinion--don't look nice on the page, don't allow you to greet person by first name only (It reads "Dear Sue Smith") and doesn't even insert a comma after the name!) which can make the task of printing letters much faster, BUT from what I can tell, there is no efficient way of uploading the letters that are created into the patients' charts short of doing one at a time. It's a huge waste of time! If anyone out there uses Consolo and would be willing to visit with me a little more about it, I'd be so grateful. Thanks!
