    Hi folks!

    Our Volunteer Coordinator and I are planning a training for Bereavement Volunteers who would assist in a variety of ways -- making phone calls to bereaved, sitting with the bereaved, helping at our memorial services, general administrative assistance, etc. Does anyone have some suggestions for good DVDs that they have used and/or would recommend for use during a training ... about grieving in general, about supporting the bereaved, dos and don'ts, communicating with the bereaved, etc.?  Thanks for your input.
