Our hospice practices reiprocity. I am counseling a son right now whose mom is on hospice in another state. The other hospice contacted us and gave us the son's informaton. I am currently providing pre-bereavement counseling to the son and will continue with bereavement counseling when needed. We do not charge for this service. We are a for profit hospice. We do not charge the community for group counseling either. We just started a Bereaved parents group due to a need we see in the community as well as a Grief group open to anyone in the community. There is no charge for these services and they both meet once a month.
