Our hospice program is implementing the Allscripts software program. As BC I am tasked with implementing all bereavement aspects into Allscripts, which is a new program to me. If anyone is using this program I would appreciate your insights. Also, I would like to create a standardized numerical risk assessment for MSW & Chaplains to evaluate low/moderate/high risk. Can anyone share their tool for assessment?
