Hospices that rely on maintaining the status quo may find themselves struggling to survive, especially with the many changes that are coming to our industry. The need to innovate and seize opportunities is vital, but it often receives low priority within hospices. Building product lines, creating partnerships, utilizing the power of data, becoming a player in the local healthcare continuum and being an advocate for change is the privilege of the Innovator within an organization. For all those lucky enough to fill that role, this chat went over the basics of how to successfully innovate and advocate, both within our own agencies as well as with external partners.
